My first book: Al-Hamza field study

A 382-page environmental and health field study by Hussam Saraf, handwritten by calligrapher Haider Hashim. Explore the bound book, selected manuscript pages, acknowledgements, the first section’s conclusion, field-study photographs, “Photographs without comment” (pages 259–267), and documented visits (pages 268–296) with handwritten acknowledgements, signatures and official stamps, plus the opening government facilitation letters and research records from the final Documents section (pages 297–382), including municipal information and environmental reports on pages 305–320, school registers with a colour key on pages 330–334, and the questionnaire and handwritten responses on pages 335–357. One hundred professionally bound photocopies were distributed free to relevant government institutions.
